Our Mission

The mission of the Quad City Heat baseball organization is to distinguish ourselves as a model franchise that sets the standards in competition.  We are here to develop the children that come through our program with more characteristics than those found solely on the baseball diamond.  We feel that the dedication, hard work, and emphasis on minor detail, propels the players into better all around individuals on and off the diamond.  We promote a fun and healthy atmosphere to play competitive baseball focusing on sportsmanship, desire, leadership, responsibility and discipline.  We stress fundamentals at the early stages but go beyond the fundamentals to prepare them for their future in baseball through the high school level.  We are here to create better ballplayers out of everyone that comes through our organization and to properly prepare them for many years of baseball to come.  Our organization looks to continue into the future with success based on our principals instilled to our players.
